2/15/11 – Step 2 – Respect thy fellow man (position of authority, in the home, work, his office) “Seek not to talk down to his office I have placed him in.” said the Lord…

This one is particularly hard for me, as I struggle with an Idiocracy in this land.

government that is based upon abstract theory

(humorous) Rule by idiots.

Yep, that one gets me every time, “ruled by idiots”… I can identify with this notion that everyone is an idiot. I work with idiots, I drive with idiots and I dine with idiots. I find myself walking through the market and seeing a woman in the middle of the aisle with her cart blocking passage on either side of her, chatting away on the phone and the first thing that pops into my head “what an idiot, I bet she drives like she walks.” Or better yet, I am driving to work and I run up on the only car driving 10mph under the speed limit on the highway slowing everyone down and immediately I think “what an idiot, I bet they are on the phone, txting or woman.” And wouldn’t you know it, I am right about 99% of the time.

This very simple act of respecting my fellow man or woman should be common sense right? But it’s not, it is a learned trait that we let become pervasive in our life and it starts to be the norm we live in. If I find myself not respecting those that have no real impact on my life, how soon before I begin to disrespect those I truly care for because I begin to live what I speak, yes even in my head voice.

The Lord has gone to great lengths to call me out on this respect clause in his Hedge of Protection for me. I have been specifically addressed by him to carry these stones as a yoke or burden around my neck and in my line of sight until I can actively recognize my tongue getting in the way of my favor.

I encourage you today, to call yourself out … every time you hear yourself losing respect for your fellow man.

So I have taken quite a long break in my writing on the blog, but I haven’t been lax in studying and spending my time with the Lord, although not near as much as I should have been. To bring you up to speed, I have been in a fight… Yep, a pretty good fight. The enemy is a great big ole liar and knowing this I still fall into and under his influences as we all do from time to time. Recently, I have been a pretty big target, not so hard considering my size, but I digressed. I found myself listening to the enemy through people at work and before I knew it, I was in total disarray. Instead of listening to my Lord in our daily chats, I was focusing in on the garbage of the day at work and I was falling prey to the enemy’s plan to ruin my livelihood and reputation (word).

Flash forward a few weeks and I finally snapped out of it. I returned to my covenant time with the Lord in the mornings and I have been working to build my hedge of protection (stone wall/foundation) as he instructs. During my covenant time with the Lord, he encouraged me to share my building process with you…

This will involve building your foundations in the word of the Lord and then reinforcing them with scripture and by his spirit you will have the ability to stand firm and prevail

Step 1 – Do not speak bad about anyone… simple really, but profound. Think about it, how often do you find yourself speaking bad about another person, if only to say “that person is driving me crazy” or “That person is lazy”. I find myself doing this constantly at work and since the Lord quickened me to this, I am mortified by the amount of times I go here during the day. I have to consciously guard my tongue every hour, minute even of the day to ensure I don’t speak ill towards another person.

• Proverbs 18:7 When a fool speaks, he is ruining himself; he gets caught in the trap of his own words. 8 Gossip is so tasty—how we love to swallow it!
• Ecclesiastes 5:6 Do not let your ⁱmouth cause your flesh to sin, ^jnor say before the messenger of God that it was an error. Why should God be angry at your ¹excuse and destroy the work of your hands? ⁷ For in the multitude of dreams and many words there is also vanity. But ^kfear God.
• Matthew 12:33-37 “Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad* and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is known by its fruit. 12:34 Offspring of vipers! How are you able to say anything good, since you are evil? For the mouth speaks from what fills the heart. 12:35 The good person* brings good things out of his* good treasury,* and the evil person brings evil things out of his evil treasury. 12:36 I tell you that on the day of judgment, people will give an account for every worthless word they speak. 12:37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Keep an eye on the deaths of the foul and the beast in the field. Listen for the news of the die offs in this field for this is my sign to the people that my hand is against this field, for The Harvest is at hand. I set a promise to my people, even the chosen people that I would send a sign before my hand be set against this field, WOE unto you that heeds not this sign, woe unto them that see it and mock my handy work as science…for an eye open is an eye for salvation. Be quick my people to see my works in this field and ye shall be set unto salvation. Repent now my people, repent unto me and my Love will carry you through…

My son, my people are so lost today as they have replaced their known, learned morals with the convenience of now. They have no understanding of patience and waiting through hard work, even you my son struggle in this regard. My people have become accustomed to a whore of accessibility, of quick rapid reward for little to no effort, but I gave you the desire to search out completions through work, my principals established work as the desire and completion as the fullness there in. Idle hands create much evil, lust and abhore of the laws established. My children, the wrath that is upon you is the wrath upon Kings. You have exalted yourself to Kings and have not established your kingdoms; you have adorned yourself with royal garments, but have not received the office/title by my hand. You will no doubt be subdued by the enemy for you have no army. I the Lord of host am the establisher of kingdoms and the appointer of Kings. I alone set the way and means in the land. Today, my people the Harvest will reclaim this field and the self appointed, exalted kings within.

Zechariah 13:8-9

The Lord spoke to me this morning saying…

I have an eye for my people. I have set my eyes on them in the foundations, in the beginnings. I have rejoiced and wept for them, I have picked them up and carried them unto life, unto salvation and I exalted their seed and have made their path known all before they ever were. My people, my chosen my plan for you has not changed and was set by my hand even before you knew you were. I ask you today to reflect on this, think on the concepts presented and know that you have been in my sight always. I have never once left you and have always planned for you. Hear my words today, seek my wisdom, read in between the lines and look for me in the smallest of things and you will be overcome with joy and peace! You will revel in the simplicity of your findings and be satisfied in your search, for my people, my chosen I have laid it all out for you. Every major and minor thing has been about and for you. My Love for you begot a Son to atone for all and he stands at the ready, loving and rejoicing for your soon return. Through this Harvest that is upon you, my people, my chosen you will be restored unto me and all of Heaven will rejoice in this day. For the time is short and the enemy knows this, be prepared my children and know that I am about you, always.

Today, this day my eyes have been made anew, I have seen the history of Jerusalem and it showed me the future of America. The Lord showed me how Jerusalem was the “Apple of his Eye” and that any nation that received the Jewish people was receiving his Apple, a treasure from God. Any nation that would cut up this Apple would receive the wrath of God.

Zechariah 2:8

Today in his time, the Lord showed me the destruction of Jerusalem through the blind refusal of the Prophets of old and their message. Year after Year, day after day the Lord sent the Prophets to Jerusalem, with the same message. Asking his people to return to the ways of their forefather, to return unto the Lord, yet they didn’t listen.  Finally, the Lord sent the Proclamation to the people through his Prophets, that in this day even as they cried out to him, the Lord will not hear them as they did not hear of the Lord.

Zechariah 7:11-14

This aforementioned is the day, hour and minute we sit in. This moment in time the Lord showed me that America sits in the hour of Proclamation. The Prophets have spoken his words and America hears not. The Proclamation is that the Lord will hear us no more and the grafted branch will be spread abroad as his chosen people had been spread abroad. In this hour Israel stands, born in a day and Jerusalem made a desire again, but America will never stand whole again. We shall be blown asunder, carried abroad; a land governed and received by other nations.

This is the word for you today…

My people stand today in this new day, new year as they finished yesterday… they promised change, repentance and reconciliation, but they do nothing today. They stand as they were, not as they promised, but my people, I the Lord God do not break my covenants, I stand this new day, new year ready to fulfill my word, warnings and plan. I stand anew in this year ready to catch the falling, trembling chosen that have been slain unto fear. I stand today before the field already plucking you out from within the hands of the Harvest reapers. For my word, covenants and promises hold fast and are not fickle and loose, rather they built the very foundation of all things. Repent my people, return to me, fulfill your promises to me, and receive the hand of favor, of protection and of blessing. Please my children do not test me in this New Year, for my tolerance unto wrath is finer than the hairs upon your head. Return to me today my children for my love is far greater then my wrath… Return unto me…

Zechariah 1:3

“Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts.”

The Lord spoke this morning saying…

The Harvest is a time that his people will endure, that all will go through and I will take away in the field those chosen believers and they will find rest, comfort and peace in me, but will lose their flesh.  Yet other chosen believers will go though the Harvest as a trial and be strengthened in their faith and obedience to the Word. They will find a renewed relationship with me and begin to empower others to share in the plan for Salvation. There will be a great awakening and the new seed shall be righteous and without blemish. It shall be prepared for the day, the hour of my choosing. I have my hand in all these events; it is by my doing that you will see the Harvest. Steady yourself as I have instructed and prepare to witness the wrath of the Reapers in this field. Study and learn my plan for you and I will be with you…

Says the Lord…

The Lord was stern, but fair this morning with my lack of consistency. He spoke instruction into my life and confirmed my unction’s I had been receiving in my spirit. He spoke in detail to the coming months and asked me to ready my knowledge bank (mind) with his Gospel (The New Testament). The Lord commented that after the Harvest the new seed would need the right nutrients and water, the life was to come from his Gospel and we the righteous were to impart this Gospel into the new seed. Just like the days of old, we the righteous have been called to go unto the world (this field) and ensure the new seed was fed and watered.  Prepare yourself and study his New Testament, know the Gospel of Salvation backwards and forwards. For in your words is the power of life or death… let us prepare our tongues for life as we have been called by our savior Jesus.

The Lord spoke this morning concerning the New Year…

Creation will begin an even wilder loosing of itself against man, for the yoke was lifted in 2010 and in 2011 its wrath shall be felt, heard and seen. For my Spirit has been going to and fro in this field, seeking out the righteous and marking the new seed. This seeking out has stirred man and woman, believer and non believer and has caused an awaking to the impending Harvest Reapers. For in this field the wheat, tares and thistle have been marked and they know it in their spirit. Its time for each of them to seek out the Lord or receive their judgments within the Harvest.

The past few weeks have been a blurr really, the days had begun to run together. With Christmas quickly approaching and the family arriving at my house, my dedication to a morning routine of seeking the Lord first was becoming a greater challenge then I had imagined. With each passing day my ability to “call it a night” was almost non existent. I found myself staying up and talking to the wee wee hours of the night and then struggling with the 4 am wake up… this then was pushed to 5 am and yet again this was pushed to 8 am. It seemed there was no way back to the early riser I had become.

You see, the desire never leaves. Once you have experienced sitting before the true and living God, you have experienced his presence and have known his character, you can never just “Stop”.

The Lord will begin to speak to you, daily… even though you haven’t spent the time with him you have agreed to. The Lord will quicken you in your daily task and draw your attention to the things that need to be addressed, such as a news story or a discussion you over heard and while this might all seem like a good thing, your mind will mess with you. See, our carnal mind was born in sin and in sin we will stay until we are received by Jesus (i.e. the rapture) or we are dead and with Jesus in heaven. This sinful nature is the culprit in how we feel once we have stepped away from our daily source of renewal.

My carnal mind was telling me that I couldn’t receive these quickening or little chats with the Lord because I hadn’t spent my time in the mornings with him. Although the Lord has no issues with talking to me daily and spending time with me, I was all hung up on the sinful part of it, the lack of Covenant time was proving to be the weight around my neck in this ocean of pity.

Another thing had also started to manifest, this was the daily (multi-hour) descent into the nether realms of the internet to dig up some of the most fringe writing on topics ranging from Alien abductions to 2012. I had become very focused on these fringe elements in the name of research. I felt as I still do that you need to know the enemy in all of his ways, but I was rapidly replacing this fringe study for the scriptural study that my Lord had asked me to do.

So as you can see, I find myself in a thicket… I get so focused on chasing the rabbit, that when I realize where I am or the depth to which I have gone… I find myself surrounded by thorns and pretty beat up. As I used to do when I was a kid, I just retrace my steps and very carefully back out of the thicket. This usually gets me out of getting any more torn up than I already am, but sometimes I find a few thorns in my socks or pants when I get back to the house. Likewise, I began to find some thorns today…

My time this morning with the Lord was very hard for me, for my pride and my spirit. I had so quickly become complacent as well as found myself lost in the thickets of this world. I had let my family dictate my covenant with the Lord and I had let me zeal for research be skewed. I had to account for these this morning and for the most part I was rebuked, but loved. It is such a hard thing for me to understand… being rubuked, but loved. It is a nature that I want to have, but to date have not been able to receive, for when I rebuke, I find myself wrought with anger and not able to love right away, yet my Lord can love in the same breath he can rebuke. This is truly the nature I desire, I seek.

The Lord said something to me this morning that was the “ahah moment” for me. The Lord challenged my reading of the fringe by asking me this question… “Micah, how much of what you read is about Life? In all that you have studied so far, does it show you that Life is the true purpose or does it show you that death is to be the outcome and that there is no way to Life? For my WORD is Life, the entirety of my word is about Life not death my son. Life is the true gift that was wrestled away from the enemy and guaranteed by my Son, Jesus. Micah, seek life in my word and then look for life in the fringe”.

Wow, I sat in amazement.. at the obvious. I decided to chose life this morning,  the Life that was guaranteed and was paid for by my Saviour.
